Bulk DSAR redaction
Redact everyone else.
Keep the subject.
Answering a data subject access request means handing over every document you hold, with all other people's personal data removed. Veil does it near-fully automatically: one decision per person, propagated across every document in the case.
Step 1
Open a case
Declare who the data subject is. Veil derives the keep-list on the server: names, aliases, initials, addresses, identifiers.
Step 2
Drop in the documents
Hundreds of mixed-format files at once. Emails unpack their attachments, scans go through OCR, duplicates are processed once.
Step 3
Release a clean bundle
Every document re-rendered born-redacted, independently verified, with a manifest and a per-case quality report.
Veil targets identifiable third-party personal data in machine-readable text and clean OCR. Degraded scans, handwriting and purely indirect identification are flagged for review, not silently passed through. No redaction system should claim 100%.
